I have been playing guitar, studying music and performing professionally for over 40 years. I teach the basic harmonic concepts of blues, jazz, rock, country and popular music, I will show you chords, scales, harmony and rhythm, and give you ideas for rhythm comping and lead solo lines. I can help you understand music theory and show you how it applies to practical playing. Bring in songs of your choice to learn, learn to read music if you want.
I teach out of my home studio in Reno, NV, I still have openings for students, all ages and levels welcome. I am patient, easy going and a good teacher, I charge $25 for a 1/2 hour lesson, longer lessons available on request.
